• We do not sell any information that is provided to us, it is used for internal purposed only as they apply to your sales transaction and potential promotional offerings by KiwiGlam.
• We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software certificate that encrypts the information (like credit cards) you input on our webpage.

Conditions:

• If you choose to visit KiwiGlam.com your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes and application of the law of the state of California.  If you have further concerns about our terms and conditions please contact us. 
• Our business is evolving and with that our Privacy Policy and conditions are subject to change.  We will post notice of any changes on this website and we encourage you to frequently view this page for any changes.  So unless otherwise stated our current Privacy Policy applies to all information we have about you and your account.   

Purchases:

• We do not sell to children, but products may be purchased by an adult, 18 and over on behalf of a minor 17 and under. 

Store Policy:

• Products are shipped within 3 days of your payment clearing.  Currently product is only being shipped in the United States.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it within 15 days of the products delivery confirmation. You must return the product in its original condition and we cannot refund any shipping and handling charges.  Please contact us in advance with an explanation of the product return.
• Payments can be made using PayPal or a major credit card.
• All payments must clear before the product will be shipped.  If your payment is not received within 10 days and no response is given to my inquiries we will re-list the product for sale.
• Make sure the address confirmed on your PayPal account is the correct one. If you would like the item to be shipped to a different address please add and select this address in your PayPal account profile before payment.
• All items are listed in Unites States Dollars or USD.
• Tax of 8.75% will be applied to California orders only.
• Photos are not professionally done, we try to represent the product as it truly is, but lighting can make the product coloring appear different
